Barter

Anybody want to trade? One lovely handspun (by me) and handknit (by me) cowl!

A new episode is percolating. I've been busy trying to stay off the internet (as much) and have been knit knit knitting away, finishing up some socks, and doing other activities. I feel a podcast coming soon though! Stay tuned! And thanks for listening!

That is a very lovely cowl. I myself have never thought of making one, as I don't like things around my neck, eg. can't abide turtleneck shirts. But, I do appreciate the ones I see people make.

the Lady said "Nice yarn! Thank you for the compliment on my cowl. I suppose you don't like scarves?"

Actually, I do like them, but I just don't put them tight around my neck. In fact I'm one of those people who wear the peasant-type scarf (square folded in half to a triangle) when it is cold out. I only resort to hats when it is frigid, LOL.

It IS a beautiful cowl. It looks so soft and the buttons are lovely. Where did you get them Lady?

Molly, do you like old mystery movies as well as books?

Amycakes,
I'm not much of a movie watcher, but I do like the mystery programs on PBS - they are generally adaptations of book mysteries, ie. Poirot series by Agatha Christie.
I don't like any type of horror films that people try to pass off as mysteries or science fiction - give me the "real" stuf, though.
